We offer a full range of surveying and setting out services to support bespoke residential projects, including:

Topographical Surveys
Also known as topo surveys, these provide a detailed map of your site’s existing features; everything from terrain levels and trees to fences, outbuildings, and driveways. This information helps your architect design a property that sits perfectly within the landscape, responds to natural features, and makes the best use of space and orientation. Whether you’re working with sloped ground, tight access, or surrounding development, a comprehensive topo survey gives your project the best start. These can be provided in a range of 3D model formats.

Utility Surveys
Before any groundworks begin, it’s essential to know what’s below the surface. Our utility surveys detect and map underground services using PAS128 including water, gas, electric, and drainage. This not only reduces the risk of accidental strikes but also helps inform key design decisions like where to place services, how to plan access routes, and how to manage future maintenance. We use advanced detection methods to give you a clear, accurate picture of what’s hidden underground.

Setting Out
Once your plans are finalised, setting out is where everything starts to take shape. Our experienced engineers work closely with groundworkers to transfer your drawings onto the ground, accurately marking out the po

sitions of foundations, walls, structural details, and drainage. It’s a critical step to ensure your build follows the design exactly. Whether  it’s a compact home or a complex, multi-level layout,   precise setting out keeps your  build efficient, compliant, and on track.
