We offer training for graduates and school leavers with day & block release courses aimed at achieving membership of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.

Applicants should have good GCSE and A level passes in Maths and English with a practical aptitude and an enjoyment of working in various environments and in all weathers. Applicants need to be 18 or over and have a valid driving licence.

We are interested in receiving applications from recent A-level and T-level graduates looking for an alternative career path into surveying. The positions are based at our Redruth office where you’re able to begin a rewarding career in either utility and sub-surface surveying or general land surveying and setting out. We offer a structured 5-year training pathway leading to CICES and RICS professional membership. The programme includes two years of academic study delivered on a block release basis outside the region, with all travel and accommodation expenses fully covered. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on industry experience while working towards internationally recognised qualifications within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Utility Surveyor based in Redruth or Exeter, confident with EML and GPR detection as well as carrying out CCTV surveys. Experience of using Leica or Trimble survey equipment is desirable along with drafting in AutoCAD. Applicants with previous experience with CCTV or land surveying looking to further develop their skills will also be considered.
Based in Redruth or Exeter, experienced with robotic total station, GPS, LSS and AutoCAD. Various sites from major civils through to residential new builds and everything in between. Ideally with the ability to create and extract your own data and QA check observations and drawings but consideration will be given to those looking to undertake apprenticeships or career change.
Based in Redruth or Exeter, experience with robotic total station, GPS, laser scanning, N4Ce and AutoCAD. Surveys varying in size from major infra-structure, hospitals and estates through to domestic extensions. Ideally with the ability to undertake surveys from award to issue but consideration given to those looking to undertake apprenticeships or career change.
