Our team conducts a full desktop review, carries out utility searches, and prepares all traffic-management and safety planning necessary ahead of the survey.
We establish accurate GNSS and total-station control across the site and verify all benchmarks and datums to ensure a precise survey framework.
We then capture detailed survey data including carriageways, footways, and verges, along with kerbs, signs, barriers, and other street-furniture features, as well as levels, drainage networks, utilities, and structures.
After capture, we process the information into CAD files and 3D terrain models, delivering the data in whichever formats your design team requires.
As the project evolves, we provide updated survey information and carry out additional data capture whenever design changes or new requirements arise.
