We transform raw point cloud data into intelligent 3D models using Revit and other BIM (Building Information Modelling) platforms. These models offer a detailed, structured representation of your site or building. These provide the base for building management, refurbishments, development and design.
Whether you need an as-built model of a historic site, a 3D visualisation for client engagement, or a BIM-ready asset for design development, our models are built by in-house surveyors and CAD technicians who understand construction.
BIM and Revit models provide structured, sharable datasets that integrate spatial and non-spatial information. They’re vital for planning, design, collaboration, and asset management across construction and infrastructure.
Our Revit models are built directly from registered point clouds, ensuring you’re modelling from reality, not assumptions.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors from a shared, centralised model.
Generate 3D views and walkthroughs to help stakeholders understand and engage with your project.
BIM-ready files ensure long-term usability for planning, facility management and future development.
From general massing to full MEP, models can be tailored to suit your project stage and purpose.

Kemp supports clients throughout the Southwest and beyond, providing BIM-ready models for projects ranging from individual buildings to entire sites.

Unlike firms that outsource modelling overseas, we handle everything in-house, from scanning to modelling our experienced team have everything in hand, ensuring accuracy and accountability. We work closely with clients, tailoring outputs to your specifications and project goals, backed by decades of real-world construction experience.
A point cloud is a dense collection of measurements defined by their x,y,z co-ordinates. They are generally only mm apart and when viewed can appear to represent a solid mass. Whilst a Revit model is a 3d digital representation of a building that can show all its components.
Almost anything. Typically, the building’s geometry and components such as internal walls, windows, roof structure are shown but items such as M&E plant may also be shown. Details of manufacturers, estimates, photographs, schedules, energy suppliers, maintenance reports etc can all be included.
Like many things the size of the project and the level of detail (LOD) are the key factor. We work with our clients to provide data in line with the project’s timescales.
No, whilst we employ 3d laser scanners that output point clouds extensively we can provide Revit models from other data sets.
Yes, our Seeka Utility Survey team collect data in a manner that enables buried utility networks and drainage systems to be incorporated into Revit models.
No, we can provide Revit models for whole sites incorporating external topographic detail, buried drainage and service networks as well as the internal layouts of buildings.
