Our Small Projects, Land & Measured Building Surveys Process

Our personal land and measured building survey process is designed to deliver precise and reliable results, ensuring your project starts on solid ground. Here’s how our streamlined approach works:

Every project starts with a conversation. Come and have a chat with Rich to discuss your site, ideas, and what you need from your survey.

After understanding your requirements, we’ll provide a clear, detailed quotation outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and timescales. We’ll also discuss any budget considerations to ensure the survey meets your needs in a way that’s practical, transparent, and cost-effective.

We’ll visit your site using high-precision instruments to capture the data we need efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption.

Your survey data is processed in-house to create clear, reliable drawings or 3D models that reflect your site in detail, with outputs available in formats suitable for Revit and wider BIM workflows.

We’ll walk you through your results, answer your questions, and can provide follow-up advice or additional survey work if required.

Areas We Cover

Kemp serves Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West, providing professional and approachable surveying services to homeowners, builders, and small businesses across the region.
