Celebrating Our Team

Farm Survey

At the end of last year, we brought the team together for our annual Staff AGM, a great opportunity to reflect on the year just gone and celebrate the people behind our success, including announcing the winners of our annual competitions, Employee of the Year and Photographer of the Year.

The overall winners are selected from our quarterly award recipients, and this year the competition was particularly strong. For Employee of the Quarter, nominees included Sam D, recognised for successfully leading his first major project, Mark H, praised for guiding our junior team members through the

Underground SurveyTSA with his mentoring programme, and Connor P, who has streamlined internal processes by creating a new internal Hub that has made day-to-day working significantly smoother for the team.

Photographer of the Quarter also showcased some fantastic entries throughout the year, kicking off with joint winners Matt R and Guy K, both capturing stunning site sunrises. This was followed by Sam K’s striking night works image, showing the other end of the working day, and Andy Morton’s memorable photo of Liv, looking impressively cheerful as she headed underground.

However, this year’s overall winners saw Kieran T take home the Employee of the Year title, recognised for his exceptional Revit work. Kieran has dedicated significant time to researching and developing how our team uses Revit, helping to refine processes and raise the standard of our outputs. A standout example of his work is the Union Square project, which truly showcases the quality and impact of his contribution.

Meanwhile, Matt R became the first person to retain his crown, winning Photographer of the Year for the second year running. His winning image, taken while working on a chicken farm, also marked his second Photograph of the Quarter win.

Congratulations go to all our winners and nominees, and a huge thank you to the entire team for their continued hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the year. We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings.
