Zack Wells

Zack joined Kemp in May 2022 as a Setting Out Technician, bringing a diverse background in civil engineering, groundworks, and consultancy. After completing a degree in Civil Engineering, he gained hands-on experience in groundworks before transitioning to a Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Exeter, where he worked on highways, external works, and drainage design.

Now, as Technical Coordinator, Zack manages data and drawings for multiple sites, ensuring design accuracy as well as extracting CAD data for on-site engineers. He also produces 3D models for machine control, helping clients achieve high-precision results. He thrives on solving complex problems and collaborating with the Kemp team to find solutions.

Outside of work, Zack enjoys exploring the UK in his campervan, finding great walks with a pub at the end, and planning future adventures.
