Ian Bruzon, BSc (Hons) TCInstCES

Ian joined Kemp in March 2007 after completing a Construction Management degree at the University of Plymouth. Starting as a Chainman, he progressed to Technician and then Engineer, working across Cornwall before expanding into Devon as the company grew.

Day-to-day, Ian continues to set out on-site, assist colleagues with setting out information, and train new employees in the Devon area. He also specializes in modelling for Machine Control, ensuring precision and efficiency in site operations.

One of his most memorable projects was working on Langage Energy Centre, where he played a key role in checking and aligning the steel structure. He also enjoyed projects at Torpoint for a new Medical Centre and Plymouth University, bringing his expertise back to the places he grew up in.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys exploring Dartmoor and camping with his wife Amanda and their kids in their campervan, making the most of the great outdoors.
