Trainee Surveyor

We are interested in receiving applications from recent A-level and T-level graduates looking for an alternative career path into surveying.

The positions are based at our Redruth office where you’re able to begin a rewarding career in either utility and sub-surface surveying or general land surveying and setting out.

We offer a structured 5-year training pathway leading to CICES and RICS professional membership. The programme includes two years of academic study delivered on a block release basis outside the region, with all travel and accommodation expenses fully covered.

This is a unique chance to gain hands-on industry experience while working towards internationally recognised qualifications within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
