Our Survey Process

3. Site mobilisation – Our team prepares the site, sets out control and reference points, and ensures health & safety measures are in place.
4. On-site data capture – Using state-of-the-art instruments (3D laser scanners, total stations, drones, and tape measures where appropriate) we record the building in detail.
5. Quality control – Raw data is checked and validated to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
6. Data processing & drafting – Captured data is converted into deliverables such as CAD drawings, point clouds, or 3D Revit models.
7. Delivery of outputs – We provide files in your preferred formats (2D CAD, PDF, Recap, E57, Revit, etc.) along with any supporting documentation.
8. Post-delivery support – Ongoing assistance as required, from clarifying drawings to producing interactive 3D walkthroughs for design reviews or team collaboration.
