Whilst it is widely recognised that statutory undertaker’s records are notoriously inaccurate Seeka have direct access to most of these records. This enables us to very quickly compile all known data onto a single drawing, usually based upon the Ordnance Survey 1:2500 mapping. This single drawing can be produced in AutoCAD, PDF or on paper and be the basis of identifying areas that require further investigation in terms of a full utility survey or in risk management.
